North Korea, in the strongest war talk yet, threatened to fire missiles on Hawaii by July 4. Such a move would indeed be "Cuban Missile Crisis 2" and would be extremely provocative, and a declaration of war by the US. World leaders are calling for a dialogue with North Korea to defuse the present crisis. North Korea has also threatened the US with nuclear retaliation if any North Korean ship is intercepted. The situation has been deteriorating since North Korea's missile testing, a violation of the UN sanctions.
We see major players in this crisis according to Bible prophecy that will bring carnage to the world population in the tribulation period. Revelation 9:16 describe a 200 million man army from the East bringing death and devastation to the world. Revelation 16:12 tells us this 200 million man army will come from the East. The Orient peoples such as China and North Korea can easily raise a 200 million man army. Revelation 9:18 tells us that by these three; the demonic Locust, four demonic angels, and the 200 million man army, will bring death to one third of the worlds population - that's one and a half billion people. I believe the stage is being set for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
Jesus tells us in Luke 21:28 that when we see these things begin to come to pass, look up, lift up your head, your redemption draweth nigh. What a time to be alive and to witness God's prophetic word come to pass. We are closer to the Rapture of the Church than ever before.
