Notorious Al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden is a Sunni Muslim who was born on the Arabian Peninsula. Most Western security experts and government leaders have assumed that if he is still alive, he has been operating out of the rugged mountains of eastern Afghanistan, an entranced Taliban stronghold. Others think he may possibly be living in western Pakistan. However a new television documentary claims that Bin Laden has been spotted several times in Shiite Iran, which borders Afghanistan.

Producer Alan Parrot, who has had dealings in Iran going back to the time of the Shah in the 1970’s, says that the terrorist leader has gone hunting with a northern Iranian warlord that he personally knows on six different occasions. He maintains that the first hunting trip took place in 2003, just two years after Bin Laden’s Arab subordinates attacked the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC. The last reported sighting of the Al Qaida founder was just two years ago in 2008. Parrot’s documentary claims that Bin Laden has been living a life of protected luxury in Iran.
