Al Qaeda Leader Says Terrorists Want to Nuke US with Pakistan's Bombs

For months the real front in the war on terror has been in Pakistan where the Bush Administration helped destabilize the government by promoting democracy. The move toward elections there deposed the strong arm leader and ensuing elections weakened Pakistan as a stalwart ally against al Qaeda and the Taliban. Now a weak central government has been fighting the terrorist groups for mere survival, even after trying to negotiate with them and give in to their demands regarding Islamic law and self-rule in certain areas. The battle rages around Islamabad, the capitol. The prize is Pakistan's nuclear weapons cache.

The Taliban and al Qaeda could care less who rules Pakistan so long as the terrorists have control of the nukes. In an interview with Al Jazeera television, the Egyptian leader of al Qaeda in Afghanistan, Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, laid out the plan. He said their first goal was to defeat the Pakistani army in the Swat Valley. Then, he said,
"God willing, the nuclear weapons will not fall into the hands of the Americans, and the mujahideen would take them and use them against the Americans."
The Pakistani government and the US are supposedly in communication as to where the nuclear warheads are kept, but there has been no public confirmation that the Pakistani government is cooperating fully with the US.

Abu al-Yazid then outlined the strategy of al Qaeda for the future. He said,
"The strategy of the (al Qaeda) organization in the coming period is the same as in the previous period: to hit the head of the snake, the head of tyranny - the United States. That can be achieved through continued work on the open fronts and also by opening new fronts in a manner that achieves the interests of Islam and Muslims and by increasing military operations that drain the enemy financially."
He said the goal was the Americans and the oil targets Americans are stealing. And he said that there could be a ten year truce with America if it quit backing Israel and removed all troops from Islamic countries.

The continuous repeating that America is not at war with Islam by American leaders is viewed as weakness by Islam. A nuclear Iran or a toppled Pakistan with nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists would spell trouble for the United States and all its citizens. So long as there are American troops in Islamic nations and the US supports Israel, Islam views itself at war with the United States. And that makes the US at war with Islam.

2 Timothy 3:13 says of the latter days,
"Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived."
And Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:4,
"Take heed that no man deceive you."
Your life may depend on it.
