The Snare Of The Oval Office Crucible

By Bill Wilson

The man who occupies the Oval Office told Americans that "We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus - and non-believers." While this statement may be true on the surface, the political current beneath the words is the surrendering of the American heritage to a message of the one world order. Later in his inauguration speech he said, "To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect." And he stated the goal of his administration would be "Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America."

These three statements are contrary to God and the Republic. The words are soothing and project the image of confidence, hard work and hope, but they are the foundation for smashing America, its heritage and its independence in a crucible containing the tares of new age spirituality and the handicraft of oppression, in an attempt to form a new world order. Yes, it is true that we are a nation of many religions, but we are first and foremost a Christian nation, founded by Christians, formed by Christians and to be governed by the election of religious and moral people. Yes, Christianity and Judaism are intricately related, but Islam, Hinduism and atheism do not equate and are Biblically false religions totally against the one true God.

A nation whose very Constitution requires freedom of speech, freedom of religion and personal liberty under the law has nothing of mutual interest or mutual respect for a social system such as that of the Muslim world. A Constitutional Republic such as the United States is the antithesis of Islam, which denigrates women, oppresses freedom of speech and religion, and whose own constitution-the Koran-commands its citizens to kill Christians and Jews. "Remaking" America into a new world order entity that places all religions and social systems on the same footing will eliminate national sovereignty and send its citizens into the abyss of oppression.

What it once meant to be an American-to come to the nation of opportunity and freedom and embrace the Christian culture and ideals of the most blessed nation on earth by leaving behind your previous national pride and becoming an "adopted" member of our good and right society-has been perverted to an anarchy of everyone bending the "American Ideal" to fit their own exploits and gods. In Exodus 23, the Lord is warning the Israelites against blending with other cultures, He says in verses 32-33, "Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against Me; for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee." Do you see the snare?
